The Site is published to provide information about, and generate prospective franchisee inquiries for, Mane Techniques(the "Brand"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. IFPG's Role; No Offer of a Franchise

IFPG is an independent franchise development and marketing company. IFPG is not the franchisor of the Brand, does not itself sell franchises, and is not a party to any franchise agreement that may result from your inquiry. References to "we," "us," and "our" throughout these Terms refer to IFPG as operator of the Site, not to the Brand or its franchisor, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise. Any such offer or solicitation will be made only by the Brand's franchisor through delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with applicable federal and state law. The Brand will not offer franchises in your state until properly registered or exempt, as applicable.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or collect data from the Site without IFPG's prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

3. Submitting Information / Lead Forms

By submitting an inquiry, contact form, or request for information through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are providing it voluntarily for the purpose of learning more about the Brand's franchise ownership opportunity. You consent to be contacted regarding your inquiry by phone, email, and text message by:

• IFPG and its franchise development personnel
• The Brand and/or its franchisor

using the contact information you provide, even if your number is on a state or federal do-not-call list, in accordance with applicable consent requirements. See IFPG's Privacy Policy for more detail on how your information is shared.

4. Intellectual Property

Site design, layout, original text, and IFPG-created content are the property of IFPG or its licensors. The Mane Techniquesname, logo, and related trademarks are the property of the Brand's franchisor and are used on this Site under license or authorization from the Brand. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent from IFPG and, where applicable, the Brand.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the Brand's own corporate site, or integrate with third-party services (such as scheduling tools, advertising platforms, or customer relationship management systems) that are not owned or controlled by IFPG. IFPG is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites or services, including the Brand's own corporate website if it differs from this Site.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IFPG does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

IFPG makes no representations regarding the Brand's business, financial performance, or suitability as an investment. Any financial performance information, earnings estimates, or investment figures referenced on the Site, if any, are for general illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a representation of actual or likely results that any particular franchisee can expect to achieve. Any financial performance representations will be provided only by the franchisor, in accordance with, and as part of, an FDD.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFPG, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your inquiry, or any subsequent dealings between you and the Brand, its franchisor, or any franchisee, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. IFPG's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFPG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

IFPG may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
